Airwaves IQ is operated by Oddly Sunny LLC, a New Jersey company. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect and why

Most of what Airwaves IQ needs to operate never leaves your device. The only personal information we hold on our own systems is what you provide when you purchase access or contact us:

• Account information: your email address, used to confirm your purchases and send one-time authentication links.
• Purchase records: a record that you bought access, which exam or plan, and transaction receipts. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your payment card numbers.
• Customer inquiries: if you email our engineering team regarding errata or support, we keep the message to respond.

Data on your device

Your question bank progress, flagged items, streak counts, and readiness scores are stored entirely in your browser's local storage. They remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly sign in to sync progress.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details directly and handles the card data under PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards. We receive only transaction confirmations. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Analytics, sign-in, and email

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages and exams are popular and where checkout is abandoned. It runs under Google Consent Mode: analytics cookies stay off until you accept them where your region requires it, and you can change your choice any time in cookie settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication with one-time email links, and purchase records are stored in Google Firestore. Transactional email (sign-in links and purchase confirmations) is sent through Resend. Each of these providers processes your data on our behalf.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run third-party display advertisements. We do not track you across other websites.
