Airwaves IQ is operated by Oddly Sunny LLC, a New Jersey company. By accessing or using Airwaves IQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Airwaves IQ is

Airwaves IQ is an educational examination preparation tool with verified practice questions, worked math derivations, and readiness analytics for US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) radio examinations (amateur and commercial elements).

Not affiliated with the FCC or NCVEC

Airwaves IQ is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Conference of Volunteer Examiner Coordinators (NCVEC), or any Commercial Operator License Examination Manager (COLEM).

Official licenses are issued solely by the FCC following official examination administration by accredited VEC teams or COLEMs. We do not guarantee that using Airwaves IQ will result in passing any examination.

Purchases and access

• Access is sold as a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel.
• The Single Exam Plan is $29 paid once. Every other plan is $45 to $79, also paid once.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers.

Acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Airwaves IQ for your personal exam study. You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute our proprietary derivations and software, or build competing services using our platform software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddly Sunny LLC is not liable for examination fees, testing outcomes, or radio station operations. You are responsible for complying with Title 47 CFR Part 97, Part 13, and all relevant FCC rules when transmitting.
